I haven't had a bad strawberry this summer →
Not only are the berries sweet this year but very cheap and SNAPworthy except when the kids come over and eat them all for breakfast :-) Here is a very good salad dressing. Just use it over spinach, adding sliced berries, pecans (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts etc) and maybe bacon bits and some red onions.
If you’re afraid of butter, just use cream.

Went to Froberg’s (our local truck farm) and got some yellow squash yesterday, just to make this. I may throw in a little grilled chicken. This could be SNAPworthy for us but I bought the low carb tortillas and they are $$$ but the squash was .99 a pound. Two SNAPS up to my favorite TexMex recipe site.
