I love wassail-especially made with HONEYCRISP! apple cider. I call it liquid apple pie. Here’s my e-z way: First—You Must use the HONEYCRISP! cider. Use 2 quarts. Put in a large sauce pan and add 1-2 cups orange juice. Add 4 or 5 cinnamon sticks. Bring to a simmer and add 1 teaspoon whole cloves.
